AskANU IT Consultants

AskANU IT Consultants provide a combined library and IT help service. Consultants can give you one-to-one assistance and training with ANU IT services, including accessing the ANU wireless network, email, printing and passwords, as well as any other Library or Information Commons related issues.

AskANU IT Consultants are available at the following times during Semester 1:

Chifley

Hancock

Consultants On Call to Library buildings

AskANU Consultants visit other Library locations to help with IT problems. Ask the staff at your nearest Library Information Desk to call for an AskANU IT Consultant to come to assist.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm during the semester.

The Digital Media Suite

The Digital Media Suite is located on Level 2 in the Chifley building, and is available for use during Chifley opening hours. The Digital Media Suite provides: Advanced multimedia software and hardware, scanning, tools for manipulating graphics, CD and DVD burning and video editing.

New users of the Digital Media Suite are encouraged to complete an orientation session. Please email dms@anu.edu.au to book an orientation session. Registrations for DMS machines can be made via the booking sheet located near the Digital Media Suite.
