Converting your Document to PDF
(Portable Document Format)
Method 1: Create a PDF File from MS Word using Acrobat 7.0
Execute the following steps for all files to be converted.
- Open the word processed file to be converted
- Select the Adobe PDF > Convert to Adobe PDF menu or use the shortcut button on the Adobe PDFMaker 7.0 toolbar

- Navigate to the location where you would like this file to be saved - no need to change the name
- Click 'Save'
Repeat this process until all word documents have been converted to PDF.
