Converting your Document to PDF
(Portable Document Format)

Method 1: Create a PDF File from MS Word using Acrobat 7.0

Execute the following steps for all files to be converted.

  1. Open the word processed file to be converted
  2. Select the Adobe PDF > Convert to Adobe PDF menu or use the shortcut button on the Adobe PDFMaker 7.0 toolbar

  1. Navigate to the location where you would like this file to be saved - no need to change the name
  2. Click 'Save'

Repeat this process until all word documents have been converted to PDF.
