Converting your Document to PDF
(Portable Document Format)
Method 2: Create a PDF File from MS Word using Adobe PDF printer
Execute the following steps for all files to be converted.
- Open the word processed file to be converted
- Select File > Print
- Click on the drop down menu in the Printer section and select Adobe PDF
- Click on the 'Properties' button to determine if these are set as required
- Click 'OK'
- Click 'OK' again
- Navigate to the location where you would like this file to be saved - no need to change the file name
- Click 'Save'
Repeat this process until all word documents have been converted to PDF
