Infrastructure and generic programs include items mentioned above, e.g. establishment of an Information Literacy Program group, computer learning facility, employment of trainers, prioritising of needs, planning and coordination, evaluation, purchase, customisation and distribution of generic learning modules and promotion and marketing of programs.
