Training is Campus wide and Faculty or Discipline Specific
Faculty or Discipline Specific Training
62% of all student training is delivered as "incurriculum" training within courses. The ILP is involved in courses across all Faculties at ANU. Training can be in how to make best use of Library resources, how to evaluate scholarly vs popular sources and/or how to work with programs for assignments (eg SPSS, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver, Excel)

Campus Wide Generic Training
37% is delivered as part of the generic, whole of institution training program. - this includes training for LITSS (Local IT Support Staff), programs for academic and general staff (within the Faculty of Arts, NITA, and Law), general staff training offered to all staff on campus, student training open to all students.

Training was delivered from 12 January to 9 December 2003, continuously throughout the year at times suitable to attendees.
